Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that handmade items may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

- Germany: 2–7 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- International Orders: 7–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nelena Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nelena Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to find an appropriate solution.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for clothing items within 15 days of delivery and in accordance with our Return Policy.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, handmade bags and jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
